Dear venerable organization and/or company serving the reading interests of the blind and otherwise print disabled, I am writing to notify you of a unique and wonderful opportunity in August, 2016 for which I eagerly invite your participation.

A group of international, highly specialized librarians, library technologists, information professionals, and readers who are and/or serve those with print disabilities will be gathering in Louisville, KY for a special conference entitled: Tailoring the Reading Experience to Meet Individual Needs. Sponsored by the Libraries Serving Persons with Print Disabilities Standing Committee, a section of the International Federation of Library Associations, this 1.5 day conference will bring together professionals and stakeholders from around the world dedicated to making reading accessible and customizable for people with print disabilities.

We are seeking your participation as a sponsor and/or a vendor at the conference. We are offering partnerships at Standard, Premium, and Gold Partner levels and I invite you to examine the chart below and participate at one of these levels.

• Accessible audio book technologies
• Serving the full spectrum of print disabilities
• Creating inclusive communities through programming and events
• The added value of an analog service at heart in the digital era.
• Promoting Braille literacy
